We respect your privacy and handle all data in accordance with applicable laws. Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance. We do not share your personal information without consent.
Our verified staff members maintain professionalism at all times, follow our screensharing handbook procedures, respect user privacy and confidentiality, and provide fair and unbiased services.
Digital Forensics SS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or technical issues.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, update these Terms of Service with notice, refuse service for any reason, and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Partnered servers and verified staff must maintain active standing, follow all guidelines and training requirements, uphold our standards of professionalism, and report any violations.
Contact our support team via Discord with detailed information about any issues. Allow reasonable time for investigation and response, and cooperate with our resolution process.
Strictly prohibited: attempting to deceive staff, harassment or abuse, sharing false information, compromising our systems, and impersonating staff members or representatives.
Users must be at least 13 years old to use our services, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
